Bollyky provides an overview of current engagement of the United States and its allies in addressing the global inequities in vaccine distribution; the emerging circumstances that justify increased U.S. engagement in coronavirus vaccine diplomacy; and a proposal for a U.S.-led initiative to increase the capacity, transparency, and resilience of vaccine manufacturing in order to meet U.S. and global needs.
